Stayzio is a price monitoring service for vacation rental properties. We track prices and availability on third-party platforms and notify you via email when changes occur that match your preferences.

Use of Service

By using Stayzio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up price alerts
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent or abuse the service

Pricing and Payments

Stayzio offers free notifications with a limited count per search. Additional unlimited notifications can be purchased for a one-time fee. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Payments are non-refundable once monitoring has begun. However, if you have not received any notifications yet, you may contact us for a refund.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable monitoring but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Price data depends on third-party platforms and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of price information displayed
• Booking decisions are your responsibility; verify prices directly with the rental platform before booking
• We are not responsible for missed savings or booking opportunities

Cancellation

You can stop monitoring and unsubscribe from notifications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any notification email. Monitoring automatically ends when your check-in date passes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
